WAITING 2 MONTHS FOR A R 7 000 CLAIM TO BE PAID!

I submitted a claim on July 8 for an emergency Operation for cancer i had on June 3 . I have numerous medical bills that has been put onto my credit card as i do not have full medical cover only a Hospital plan..I dont have loads of money to not care. 2 MONTHS LATER I AM STILL WAITING.. only response i get every time i query is: " your claim has been sent through - but not processed..." in mean time i am running interest on my credit card that is TOTALLY uneccessary..
