Dear FNB

On the 11th of September 2013, My Sister had some Funds Credited into her account, But however @ the teller Que she was informed her account was closed? For a customer to be banking with you'll from 1997 is this how you'll would treat her? Can some1 also explain to me as to why she was not informed of this?

Let's Talk FNB before I take this Up to the Ombud's Men.

You guys are ridiculous, And if this Matter isn't sorted out, you'll will loose My whole family's account...
