Accident claim: damage not fully evaluated

I registered an insurance claim with Indwe, after I had an accident on the 22 July 2013 with a dead horse in the middle of my lane on the R61 between Mthatha and Libode. I then slowly drove back to Mthatha as the place was unsafe.

On the first visit, the above mentioned was shared with the accessor and without even an inspection he said the insurance will not cover this claim because I drove the car after the accident to Mthatha. His effort has been to link the damages to wear and tear without a justification supporting his position. Indwe is supporting him without any consideration of the questions posed from my side as the insured.

The car was serviced a 150000km service on a Friday, the Saturday driven from Johanessburg-Bloemfontein-KingWilliamsTown-EastLondon-Mthatha continuously, Tuesday afternoon had an accident with a horse.

I have been a client in good standing on my policy with Indwe and I believe I'm not getting the service back on this claim as Indwe would be saving by not covering the damages on my car.
