Damaged car not fully assessed compromising safety

Refer to the previous complaint dated 13/09/13: The claim has not been settled by Indwe since 23/07/13. I have long proposed a resolution plan to this and have provided all the required evidence to the insurer and no action of will to fairly resolve this claim. The issues relates to incompetent service providers and lack of feedback to myself (insured), leading to a position of the insurer not willing taking responsibility due to them.

As a professional in Mech Eng with ECSA I abide to their code of conduct. I have been a member in good standing with Indwe since 2007 with some claims in good performance to resolve. Since last year when I registered a claim with hail damage in Oc 2012 my car was only received back Jul 2013. The current claim registered 23/07/13 and is still at a level of assessors now with the insurer not willing to table facts on the table.

It not clear if Indwe is running out of funds or do not have proper resources to execute their services, but the signs leads to such. I have been been insured with Indwe due to the integrity held by their underwriter Santam, however I believe that the tables have turned and the loyality decision is to be re-visited.
