Thank you ABSA, for reminding me again why I moved to FNB.

I received an sms earlier stating that an amount will be added to my monthly vehicle installment because you don't have proof of my insurance. I sent the documentation through on the 19th of August and received a read receipt. I phoned the customer care line today and the lady told me that they never received the documentation because your emails were down for a few days in August. Is that supposed to be my problem? Now additional costs are added to my account without any permission or any documents signed on my behalf. This is breach of contract and.
