I recently took out insurance with virgin money and was rather very happy with the services i have recieved from them till this morning when i had to update information on my policy.

as per sales consultant richie she informed me that she would waive 50% of, of the admin fee but surprisingly she never did.
she told me she would debit R771 on the 17th as pro rata but surprisingly R1049 will be debited from my account and an invoice has been raised.

i get paid on the 25th which was an inconvinience for me but i told her that on the 17th i would ensure that the debit of R771 runs smoothley, had i not called this morning to find out about this was virgin money going to pay my reversal fee at fnb of R125, as this would create unnecessarry bank charges and what about my credit profile of reversals on my bank statement?

when dealing with people be fair and honest and dont mislead your clients.

i need my policy to be cancelled ASAP!!!
