Hello

I reported a case of at Absa on the 1st of September and they promised to look at that person's account to check if he still has any funds available so I can get my money back, but whenever I go to the branch they always tell me they waiting for the forensic office to get back to them.

I am disappointed in them because I have explained my situation regarding financial situation.

please help.
