Onwaba was not focused to my query, she made me repeat questions over and over again what made things worse she couldn't even pronounce my name. If on earth you cant pronounce one name and there's three of them why don't you pick the simplest? I got so irritated and asked her to put me through to someone who can concentrate and can pronounce my name she gave me an attitude instead. I am a client for goodness sake and want to be satisfied. Give me what I want. What happened to customer service? Didn't she get training? I need a formal apology from this company and this unprofessional contact centre consultant.
