Late payments

I'm waiting for more 10months now for payment from Mibfa. My father passed away in 2011 and I had to go through processes to register as an executor. Last year November all papers was handed in including a bank madate with we had to open as an late estate account now the payment is taking long and we have to pay bank charges every month to keep the account open. How much longer.
