I've applied for a personal loan on 7 Sept at the Cape Gate branch. The staff was very helpful and all the required docs was submitted and signed. But now it is almost a week later and I'm still waiting to here the status of the application! And it doesn't help calling as it seems no one can help you telephonically. African Bank promised fast and sufficient service but does not deliver...
