Application for a loan delayed

Good day

i applied for a loan o saturday at african bank, on monday i was called again that my application was short of signing of which i did sign now can you believe it i havent received any monies in my account. and i had to call and find out why cant my application be done... can maybe somebody explains to me how they handle queries like this what must i do really to speed up things as i submitted all relevant docs...
