Between the 23rd - 27th of August I made a deposit at the Golden Acre STD in Cpt a week later I received an sms from Blue Bean that my account was not paid. Last week, I went to Thibault Square to query this, an Assistant placed on the phone with the Credit Card queries division this is where I was told that the money is reflecting on my account howver, because I used the old machines it will take sometime for the money to be cleared.

Today, I received another sms from Blue Bean to make a payment, again I followed up with the same STD, this time my account was handed over to a different dept and I was told my payment is not reflect - puzzling!

I dont have proof anymore because it was confirmed by the bank that the payment was made and if the bank can extract all calls made last week to the CC query division will put an end to this!
