ABSA-deceive and withold information upon claim

ABSA I-Direct Insurance - willing to take your premium, but when it comes to settling claims willing to deceive in order to avoid payment.- We have attempted numerous times to communicate with ABSA I-Direct, with no success. Upon our insurance claim with them, we were falsely accused of lying, but ABSA I-Direct still won't provide us with a written confirmation of the accusation and breakdown of a R45000 implication as promised on the 23rd of August. Neither will they provide the process to dispute or make available all our recordings which they promised by the 26th of August, despite our continual follow ups. Instead, they base their accusation on an initial QUOTATION. Despite our continual requests and follow ups, which we are told we will have within 3 days, nothing happens, despite us asking for all the calls in order for us to defend/argue our case. The fact of the matter is that we had in excess of approximately 10 calls leading up to the decision and final quotation which they blatantly withhold. Over and above this is the fact that they hold us liable for R45000 of our claim even though the factor they point out as the cause actually has no baring on the installment. DIGUSTING!!!
