How long does it take

I sent an email to your cust care to obtain my settlement amount for my vehicle. i am selling the vehicle and need that information, i sent the email more than an hour ago and still no settlement amount. why do i have to mail care@mfc if you dont care please sort this out i want my settlement amount in the next 30 min.
