STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE

Its amazing! complaint lodged on Friday, 6/09/2013 and Sandiles manager was on leave and I was advised he will be back on the Monday! I am still waiting. I get an email via this site advising I will have feedback... and I am still waiting.
in the interim, I had to loan money from a microloan company to pay back the person whose monies were incorrectly transferred into my account!
ABSA IS A BUNCH OF USESLESS!
