Looking for another Bank pronto

Good Day,

I hold a Platinum Cheque account from FNB and tried to apply for a personal from the bank I used whilst i was in high school and to my suprise because I have logded a dispute of a payment with Hotel Express International it was declined and I had an adverse credit record which I worked to date to fix.! But now cause of one minor issue they refuse me a loan as paying loyal customer for over 15 years if it can be checked correctly. I'm now frustrated and looking to change banks as in yesterday as today tried to call my banker only to get call centre music for 15 minutes whilst trying to be transferred to the reception because last week I left a message and no one called me back. This month i move everything from FNB.
