Declined Temp Loan Application

Hi

I am a platinum cheque account holder with FNB. I have used the Temporary loan in April and it has been paid back in full. now when i want to apply it says "customer account not eligable" this is patheitic service from the bank i back with after switching from standard bank!!!
its amazing how your own bank wont help you out yet others will.

Seriously am going to swtich banks!
