I've been trying for how many weeks now to get Nedbank to allocate payments to my personal loan account. I've sent proof of payment and apparently it's not good enough. The agents that deal with the ccomplaints mailbox don't even have the decency to put there names in the bottom of an e-mail. The manner in which they respond is rude and you DO NOT hightlight wording in an e-mail to a client. If Nedbank was providing Customer Service they would know that this is not on. Just get someone compitent to allocate my payments to my account ASAP!!! Don't call me, liaise via e-mail so that I have everything in black and white. I expect this to be sorted soon.
