5 weeks - and more excuses

Attempted of vehicle 21/12/12. called Johann on 31/12/12. Waiting for investigatioin report from assesor for vehicle which was in fact at the Miway pound in JHB, Called Reinhardt on 4/1/13 who had to process paperwork. Car sent to Hofbro Panelbeater on 7/1/13. Had no feedback from them or Miway as promised ion SMS's received. 18/01/13 waiting for ignition housing. Received at panelbeaters on 22/1/13. Had to be sent to locksmith. Been battling all day to get confirmation that car will be ready after 5 weeks!!! This is not been a bearable experience, let alone satisfying. We intend to find alternative insurance asap!!!
