Refund for the money i paid for the locksmith

I called miway about having locked the car keys inside my car. They called the locksmith who is not contracted to them and said i must pay the locksmith and they will refund me. They promised to send me a refund claim form but i am still waiting for the form. I tried calling a number of time but with no help.
