My wife's bank card was cloned on Sunday the 25th of August 2013, it took the help line 45 min to even answer the call by that time my wife's account was cleaned out completely. They told us that we would hear from them in 3 to 4 working days we are still waiting to hear from them. after 9 days we attempted to phone the line and it seems that no one is even interested in picking up the call. On Monday the 9th of September 2013 we got money paid back into the account but was short paid by quiet an amount. the service or sorry no service from Standard bank is completely unacceptable. i would really like to speak to some one from Standard bank that is high up because clearly customer service is not a top priority.
