Pathetic Service!

I am highly disgusted with the utter poor service of ABSA bank. I went in on the 20th of August to activate a debit order on my credit card. I was told it has been activated and proof of this was given to me and the amount of R200 will be deducted on the 1st of every month starting on the 1st September. So on the 3rd of September when nothing went of my account i contacted the card division to find out why? Apparently the gent that helped me only activated it for the 1st of October. Which means no payment would be received for August?? So I phoned again spoke to a Eva and she assured me she changed it for the 10th of September to go off my account. So when I phoned today to find out what is happening as still NOTHING has gone off my account i get told i am in arrears of R50 cause no payment was received!! Now how pathetic can one bank be that i spoke to 3 different people to arrange for the money to be deducted from my account and they just don't do it?? The bank wants its money i am telling them take it from my account and they don't then they have the cheek to tell me i am arrears?? I find this banks service utterly pathetic and will changing to a different bank shortly!!!
