I AM EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED I WENT TO MAKE A DEPOSIT AT THE ATM IN N1 CITY ON THE 9 SEPTEMBER 2013 AT 8:00AM INTO MY BOND ACCOUNT HOWEVER THE ATM GAVE AN ERROR BUT NEVER DISBURSED MY MONEY BACK THERE WAS NO SECURITY AT THE ATM TO ASSIST ME I HAD TO LEAVE THE ATM UNATTENDED TO GO INTO THE BANK TO GET ASSISTANCE I HAVE CALLED THE BRANCH NUMEROUS TIMES TO CALL ME BACK SO THAT I CAN GET FEEDBACK BUT NO ONE SEEMS KEEN TO ASSIST ME I NEED FEEDBACK URGENTLY
