Dont make the mistake I did

On the 5th September 2013 I sent a message to Aubrette Bear querying the commission that was given to a broker who took out my initial policies just to mention ever since he got the money I have had no news from him or even a check up to say if I was happy with the structures and so forth. She explained to me that she would follow up and she would provide the info to me. The next day I queried from her as to where the relevant info was and I was told she did not have time and if I want to lay a complaint I can go ahead and do so. She had the nerve to give me a email address as well as a contact number to lodge the complaint. So to the South African public do not get stuck in a mess as what I am as these brokers once they have your money you don't hear from them that's how they are conned. Do not make the same mistake I did there are other Insurance companies who offer you better service give them a try instead of Liberty life who will make your life.
