Pathetic

A client of Etana jumped a stop sign and collided with me she admitted on the scene that etana will pay and that she is sorry its her fault. She wrote on the police report that she jumped the stop yet Etana rejected the claim because she never signed next to her statement. She logs her claim as both parties jumped the stop and agreed to pay their own damages, then she tells Etana she crossed the stop when safe and I jumped it so her story changes three times. They made me run around for quotes and made me send them all my documents just for fun. When Tumi was on leave I spoke to lugelwa who said they going to send me a settlement then I phoned her to ask how long I must wait then she says she only read the file now and they not settling anymore. Etana is a joke they are trained to reject all claims and inconvenience peoples lives.
