I am utterly disgusted at the service received from the Sandton City branch after numerous effort and trips to the branch reporting unauthorised debit orders since the year started! After not getting any feedback the first time a Natasha from this branch sent me an sms to call her back and when I make the effort to do so since she clearly could not do it herself she doesnt help me and instead promises further calls of which she never ever bothered to deliver on. Instead I layed another complianed and she gets a gentleman Lehlogonolo or someone to assist and when I ask about Natasha's feedback he tells me she will call back. Up until this day, over a month later I have heard nothing of the disputes that I went in on numerous occasions to sign forms for to a point where I have moved everything of mine and want FNB to CLOSE this account as opposed to accumulating costs on it because there will be no money coming in I am tired of complaining its become so childish! If you want to know how you can help FNB, you will very well close this account! I could not even get assistance on this at Sandton City and as it stands I will die before I see myself walking into that branch or any othe
