PATHETIC SERVICE NEDBANK!!!

I work in Malawi for the past 16 months. My credit card has expired and I asked Jeffreysbay Branch to send card to Montana for collection by my sister in law - which they did.

She was refused the card and Diana Venter told her to we must phone JB and change our tel no on the system. Although, after phoning there 3 times, 10 min each, I was informed by Mariaan that she can only change my no when I come to the bank in person. I tried to explain we live in Malawi but no luck. Even told me no Nedbank in Malawi. Well surprise, Nedbank is in Malawi. Told me to phone head office where I even got better service!! Told me straight away I must come there and fetch my card. HOW??? Explain that to me. I am very disappointed, being outside the country without a credit card and this is the type of service you get.
