I've had, what can only be termed as 2 unfortunate instances of needed to make a claim with my insurance company.

The first about 5 years ago when I was high jacked and again, a week ago when water was spilled over my laptop.

During both of these experiences I really cannot fault with the claim process. The claim on my laptop took abit longer than expected, but seeing as Natasha was off ill I will let this slide. Reason is her colleagues knew what was happening. Throughout the whole process when I called I knew what was expected of me and also how far down the line my claim was.

Once all the relevant information was gathered and handed over, my claim was approved within hours and 2 days later payment was received in my account.

Service like this is not always experienced these days and if it is, it surely needs to be celebrated. Natasha and the team and Telesure, I salute you on a job well done!!!
