BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

My husband and I have recently switched to standard bank a month ago simply because our homeloan is with them and already we have a lot of problems with the bank and we REGRET our move unfortunately.

I have done transferes from my standard bank cheque account into his SBSA cheque account several time and in both these instances the funds do not reflect on his account he needs to wait for another 24 hours to access the funds???

today he is stranded on the road on the road and he has funds on his account and cannot access them them i also did EFT still he cannot access those funds, i contacted the call centre for assistance
TEBOGO LEKWANE Employee no. C705720 he did not even tempt to assist me or to escalete the matter he just said eft within sbsa to sbsa takes up to 234hrs to reflect "sometimes" explained the matter is of emergency but still no willingness...

i regret the day i left FNB to sbsa bad decision
