Good Day,

I opended a FX Trading account with R20 000 on Standard Banks trading platform. I have only used the practice account, but now what to start trading with my money.

I cannot login to my live account and need to reset the password. Password reset function on the web
is not working and I need to talk to someone to assist me, or look wat the problem is on why I cannot get it reset.

My e-mails doesn't get ANY response and the number supplied toll free for SA in office hours ONLY ENDS UP AT AN AMERICAN HELPDESK, which says they cannot assist. During live chats I was told that overflow of calls to the helpdesk goes to the US, but no matter when I call it goes there. I was at 2 branches (clearwater and keywest) and they don' t have any clue how to support this product and sends me away with the SAME number that goes to the US.

I have been struggeling to get in contact with someone that can help me for 2 weeks now and it is extreemly frustrating because I am getting nowhere.

This is such unacceptable service, I want to withdraw my money and close all my Standard Bank accounts because it is clear they don't have proper support.
