Great Assistance from Michelle, KEEP IT UP!

Needed to get my car fixed and got great assistance from Michelle. I might not have been the best person to talk to at the time because of my desperation but she always had a great attitude and made sure I got the help I needed. Asked for a copy of my policy and had it on my mailbox within minutes. Helped with arranging my courtesy vehicle and made sure I had an all round pleasant experience while my vehicle got fixed.

For all that she couldn't directly help me with, she assisted in getting me connected with the correct people and I got the help I needed. I was actually considering changing my insurance company but the great attitude and assistance I got from Michelle definitely convinced me to stay put.
