Not getting Legal assistance as promised

I logged a complaint with clientele on the 10.07.2013 to help me with my medical aid bill that was hand over to a legal firm of which Discovery did not want to pay. The bill is now been sorted after i had to do my own running around. But up till today they Clientele never helped me. not even feedback, the lawyer that helped me phoned me once name (Manti Ditsi) still with an answer saying I will get back to you i am not happy with the service that i am getting out of clientele and they running this wonderful advertisements on tv but the service that i am getting is pathetic, but every month without fail they deduct their instalment. Saturday (07.09.2013) I logged another call the guy promised me to send me a letter of demand via email the same time after i logged the call, but there is still nothing send to me i am very frustrated for the poor service that i am getting out of clientele. I would really like to get all my money back for all my instalments paid so far so that i can go somewhere else
