Call center busy - but offline for the whole day?

I am very unhappy about the International Inward Transfers department - first of all I waited about 5 minutes before my call to the call centre was answered, just to hear that the banking systems are off-line for the full day.
Sorry Absa - this is just not good enough. An international bank should NEVER be off-line.
