Outsurance
R 400.00 pay out - VERY DISGUSTED!!!

End of July 2013 I phoned outsurance to try and obtain better quotations for our vehicle. While online to try and obtain their contact details I saw an add stating that they will pay you R 400.00 if they can not beat your current insurance premium. I spoke to a gentleman revering to himself as TK. He did the quotation for me and quoted me way above R 800.00 for our vehicle insurance. I advised him that our current premium is R 480.00 per month. He then advised that they then owed me money because they could not better my current premium. TK further advised that he will email me a link that I have to follow along with an One time pin sms so that i can register for the pay out. I never received this link not the sms as he advised. I had to phone back about a week later speaking to another gentleman of which he advised me to please just check my junk email and he will resend the link. NEVER RECEIVED IT... Not suprised at all!

I had to phone a third time about this, of which I was provided with an email address for Lezl Groenewald.
I have emailed Lezl twice yet with no response received!
At this stage I am very glad that outsurance could not beter my current premium!
