I was in an accident with one of the Outsurance clients it indeed was her fault as she did not stop and drove into the side of me now i am left with no passenger window and i have a child that i need to transport around plus it is not safe as well i was sent an email by Susan Vorster stating that i need to phone after outsurance to fix the problem their client caused surely they should be phoning to get my car sorted out as they are responsible for this where as me receiving another email stating that i would need to pay for my cars storage and hire of a car when my car is being assessed by them in other words they trying to say that its OK for me to drive a car with no passenger window and two broken doors and a cracked Rim putting me and my family in danger since the accident happened 2013-08-01 and still no resolution and them stating that it will take another 8 weeks to sort it out is ridiculous i did not ask to be in this situation and definitely did not ask to be calling around after an insurance company that is liable to get my car fixed due to their clients mistakes and still they have the mind to call and give me quotes for insurance and not fix their mistakes first
