Outsurance "Not responsible" for thier errors

My last claim was in 2009, on the 22/02/2012 I received a notification stating my "OutBonus" was to be paid on the 4/3/2013 to the value of -R4000, ( My "OutBonus" equates to only R1800.00 for the 3 years), I then received on the 26/02/2013 the SAME notice stating that the "OutBonus" will be -R4000 on the 4/3/2013. Well March came around, NO BONUS, so I left it till April 2013, STILL no "OutBonus". I then contacted the customer care line to be told my "OutBonus" should have been paid in 2012. After a long battle back and forth with Outsurance seeming to try and get out of this issue I quite speedily was paid the R1800 within 2 Days (Never mind I would not have anything if I did not contact Outsurance myself), never mind the fact for 2 years I have received notices stating the amount was to be - R4000.00. The official excuse is a "administration error" between their "claims" system and the "OutBonus" system and as I was told by a MR Gerry Pretorius who politely informed me (His Words) "Outsurance is not liable for their administration mistakes". Well if they are not liable for their incompetence then how reliable is Outsurance as a Insure. No Bending over there...
