Using my Insurance to claim for faults on vehicle

Please HELP, Auto Select and leisure has had my vehicle for 2 weeks 1 day, They replacing everything on the vehicle and still problem of shuddering is carrying on. I get empty promises of them finishing it up and when they going to deliver it to me. They given me a vehicle that overheats, oil that is continuously leaking, second gear grinding and a flat spot when exhilarating. This loaner is a death trap but I need to use it as I have no means to conduct my business. I'm emotionally drained and past the boiling point with them. They do not treat a client properly, they continuously, they don't give any kind of customer support, they abuse the clients mechanical insurances to claim for there mistakes. Auto Select and Leisure has sold me a vehicle that is one big dud. I today also had to pay for a fine for an expired licence disc as they never put the new one on the day of delivery.
