UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS

I am so agry right now with this bank, i so regret taking a loan with them. I really cannot to settle my acc. I'm under debt review which they are aware, they are supposed to getting money from my debt counsellor every month end. They are busy debiting from my acc knowing that they are not supposed to. They debited again last night., i'm trying to get some assistance from your call centre and i"m being send from pillar to post. Can i get some assistance please. I want my debit order cancelled.
