UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS

I am so angry right now with this bank, i don't know why i'm still their client. I'm under debt review which they are aware off, they are supposed to getting money from my debt counsellor every month end. They are busy debiting from my acc knowing that they are not supposed to. They tried debiting on the 7th i don't know who gave them permission and now they debited again last night. I'm trying to get some assistance from your call centre and i"m being send from pillar to post. Can i get some assistance please. I want my debit order cancelled and the one that went off last night reversed today!!!
