Filthy ABSA

Absa Bank in Villiers, Free State is the only bank in town, but the service is poor x 100. I own the building next to Absa and the sewerage system of Absa overflowed for 2 weeks before the Manager or someone else (highly likely) did something about it, that was after numerous requests from me as well as the tenants of my building. A waterpipe broke and for weeks now a small stream is flowing between the 2 buildings, I, my tenant as well as the municipality asked the manager to fix the problem, but nothing is being done to the problem. The filthy branch is the joke of the town. My building is used as a supermarket with butchery and the problems mentioned causes a health risk. The problem is not only outside of Absa, but the red chairs inside is now brown/black with filth. What a disgrace to the banking industry to appoint sloths to work inside a bank that must project professionalism. I wonder if the lack of energy and cleanliness does not affect the administation of the branch as well...
