I have registered my Bank account with FNB and for three weeks have tried to register for online banking. To a point where I needed to go into the bank for the service. Firstly it defeats the object of online banking.

After three attempts
1) We cant help you
2) Wait ten days
3) We don't know how we going to solve this it happens with a lot of online banking for business

I still am no closer to be able to make payments, use the app, or do anything!

I need to pay suppliers and get things done. I cannot do anything. Cannot send products to customers as their proof is not being sent to me!
Its very unprofessional and I am not happy. Swithch to FNB in ten minutes is unrealistic and false! It is a false marketing tool that has cost my business dearly.
