I am so disappointed in FNB Online banking first I call online banking to get assistance with e-wallet and they have to transfer me to e-wallet but on the website it doesn't tell me that online banking can't help me with my query the is a specific line I'll have to call to get help regarding e-wallet am so disappointed I must say. I use money to call during the day do u have any idea what an inconvenience this is. Then finally I get to find the solution myself and guess what FNB tells me I have reached my limit while online its says the limit is R2970 and that's exactly the amount I tried transferring .while you being innovatiove please update your website with regards to numbers to call for future customers who will need your services
