INCOMPETENT DEPARTMENT

I have been a victim of a scandal, where i was robbed and the took my purse and withdrew money from my account without my pin. I tried to call standard bank for over 5 days now and the call center has been taking me from pillar to post with NO assistance whatsoever. I am FED up now and maybe my post will get a response!!!
