Forex card not working over seas

I had transfered funds to my fnb euro passpert to use on my trip to france, when i arrived there it was not working at all! i could not draw cash or swip any were! very embarasing for me!

I had to use funds from my cheque account and was charged very high transaction rate because of this!

Now i am needing to sell back my euros to fnb and they are wanting to buy them back at there buy back rate!

So not only have i lost money because that, i have lost more because of the high bank charges to use my card there!

I have been trying to sort this issue out the whole day and they have been draging there feet and now say they can not help me until monday!!!

It just seems fnb is conserned about getting new clients rather than servicing the ones that have been with them from the begining!!!
