Deductions from my account from unknown companies

On the 28th of May 2013 there was a deduction of R984.47 (ZAR) and on the 28th of June 2013 another R519.78 (ZAR), from my bank account. I did not do any transactions with that amounts. I went to FNB on the 17th of July 2013 and report this. They promised me on the 18th of August they will let me know about my money. I went to the bank yesterday (04.09.2013) and asked what happened to the report I am waiting for, they had nothing for me, told me they will phone again today and I have to go to the bank tomorrow to hear what they have to say.

I just want that two amounts of money back into my account.
