Amounts Deduction

Good day Capitec,

I'm not happy with what happend to my account..The amounts of Money was transfered to my loan account on the 6/12/2013 and 7/12/2013 without any notification... I would like those amount to be deposited back to my account as soon as possible... My agreement with you is to deduct money from the ABSA account not Capitec savings account... I will report this to the National Credit Regulation if this is not getting the urgent attention..
