THREATENING LANGUAGE AND BULLY TACTICS

On the 5th October 2013 at 9h55, i picked up a phone and called the Attorneys and make arrangements, I was told in no uncertain terms that the Attorneys are going to send a sheriff to attach property. I'm not sure that in such circumstances one is not allowed to prove in court the circumstances that one operates under and afforded the opportunity to rectify the account. Ms Francinah didn't even want to listen to my plight but immediately forwarded the call to her supervisor. n a democratic SA, I'm not sure whether such conduct or attitude are still acceptable. Please help
