Veh finance paid 2yrs ago but still not cleared

I have paid up my veh financed at ASBA VAF 2 years ago and its still not cleared on my record. It took me two days to just get a paid up letter and that is calling several times and being on the phone almost 3hours in total getting send around or holding on. Eventually I got my letter but now don't get an answer on day 3 on 0861773221 Credit Dep. as they need to clear my account from their side at the Credit Bureau. Now how many calls does it take and hour out of my work day just to get this sorted out???
