Admin order not cleared on their list

1 July 2013. We paid up the admin order in November 2013. We were under from 2006 - 2012. February a letter with this info were faxed to them. Again in early June. Wrong information was given to me on the phone, that stated his name was cleared. We really need this to be sorted out now as it's keeping my husband from living credit free.
