Scammer claims to give big loans but steals money

Hi.
i am in an unfortunate state of doing this write up as i was by this guy who goes by the name of mohammed. he claimed that he could give me a loan. he was refered to me by another guy that i confided in. he sent me an approval letter stating i qualified for a loan, and in order for him to approve the loan he needed an amount of R7000 to proceed. i paid this amount and now he never takes my calls. its been over 2 weeks now. please do not fall victim like i did to this scandal. all his details are as follows cell no 0723139782 or 0825162626. email address [Email Removed] fax no 086 764 0394. he has adds postered all over the internet and the way he posts these adds you will believe he is for real.
